LIABILITY

REEDLE Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

REEDLE Pty Ltd Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

ORDERING METHOD

REEDLE websites (including www.reedle.com.au) offer on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email may be accepted on a case by case basis.

CURRENCY USED

The nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$). All prices displayed on the website (www.reedle.com.au) will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax). GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax). All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the website will be subject to Australian GST. The rate of Australian GST is 10%.

SHIPPING FAQs:

Q. Do you offer discounted postage on multiple items?

A. REEDLE offers the following postage options:

1. Standard postage @ $2.50 per item.

2. Express postage @ $15.00 of up to $200 worth of orders.

3. Free standard postage on all orders over $200.

Australian Physie & Dance Association (APDA) orders only are shipped in bulk to the nominated club.

Reedle Pty Ltd will ONLY send items in appropriately wrapped and protected postal satchels or bags to ensure your item arrives quickly, in good condition.

Pick up of items is also available on appointment from our design workshop located at 2 Oak St, Ormiston Q.

Delivery Time:

Q. How long will my purchase take to arrive?

A. All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of order payment (with exception to custom made orders). Delivery times vary on your location within Australia, but most items will be received within 2 – 5 business days of purchase. (APDA only orders are shipped and delivered pursuant to the terms stipulated in the APDA / REEDLE supply agreement).

Returns:

Q. What is your 'returns' policy?

A. REEDLE has gone to great lengths to ensure quality control and sizing accuracy. Please take care to properly size your garment as specified on the sizing charts attached to products. No returns are available for 'wrong size' orders. Goods assessed as faulty from new will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of REEDLE Pty Ltd.
